Today it's off to the Iranian border where we are told to expect a long delay. We meet our Iranian guide, Kia. She sorts us all out as quickly as possible and a couple of hours after arriving we leave.
I dont know why but I expected there to be an imediate difference when we entered Iran but there isn't, lots of time on the bus, hills, fields, winding and speeding. I'm getting restless, we seem to spend lots of time on The Bus and very little time seeing our destination except from THE BUS as the distances travelling each day dont seem to get any shorter.
The fuck it all I'm going home thought enters my head (like a friend said it would, yes you were right) Tonight another hotel, I'm hoping it might lift my mood. Maybe I'm just having one of those off days.
